Victor Sai is a seasoned IP litigator who represents clients in complex intellectual property litigation before U.S. District Courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). He specializes in advising companies in Asia on navigating the challenges of U.S. IP litigation, such as cross-border discovery, enforcement strategies, and multi-forum coordination.
In addition to litigation, Victor handles cross-border arbitration involving corporate disputes, especially those related to intellectual property rights, licensing agreements, and international commercial conflicts.
He also advises Asian companies operating in the United States on various intellectual property and business matters, including IP-related corporate due diligence, technology licensing, and contract drafting.
Having worked extensively and lived in both the U.S. and Japan, Victor has a deep understanding of the legal, technical, and cultural factors that influence international business. He is recognized for providing clear, strategic advice tailored to the needs of global technology clients involved in high-stakes disputes.
Before joining Devlin Law Firm, Victor was an IP litigation partner at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP and served as Co-Chair of the International Dispute Resolution practice at Tokyo International Law Office, where he advised clients on cross-border IP disputes and litigation matters.
