Stephanie Berger is a Partner at Devlin Law Firm LLC. She was previously an Associate at Radulescu LLP, a boutique patent litigation firm, and at Vinson & Elkins LLP where she represented clients in both patent and contract disputes. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Berger was a mechanical design engineer in the oilfield services industry.

Ms. Berger represents clients on matters related to intellectual property with a focus on litigation. She has experience litigating cases involving a broad range of technologies such as lighting, optics, magnetic materials, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and internet and computer technology. She also has experience representing clients in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
