Jeffrey Hinds focuses his practice on complex federal civil litigation, representing plaintiffs in cases before the U.S. District Courts. His experience includes trial work conducting voir dire, direct, and redirect examinations, and playing a central role in deposition preparation, motion practice, and trial strategy. Before joining Devlin Law Firm, Mr. Hinds served nearly twenty years as a U.S. Army officer, holding leadership roles that included Infantry Company Commander in Afghanistan, Squadron Executive Officer in Hawaii, and Chief of Readiness Exercises for U.S. Army Central Command. His career involved planning and leading large-scale joint and multinational operations, advising allied military forces, and developing training programs for U.S. and coalition units. His service was recognized with multiple commendations, including the Bronze Star Medal for Valor.
