He has advised public companies, startups, and research institutions, and has served as seconded counsel managing international patent portfolios for a Fortune 100 company, as well as in-house IP counsel at a leading medical device manufacturer. His career spans work at small, mid-sized, and large law firms, giving him a well-rounded perspective on tailoring IP strategies to suit clients of all sizes and stages.
Prior to entering patent law, Brian gained hands-on experience as a mechanical engineer, managing large-scale manufacturing and product development projects in the automotive and consumer goods sectors.
