Associate
Andrew Sherman is an Associate at Devlin Law Firm LLC. He previously practiced with Baker & Hostetler LLP and Banner Witcoff, where he concentrated on patent procurement and intellectual property strategy. Mr. Sherman uses this experience to inform his focus on matters relating to intellectual property litigation. Mr. Sherman has represented a variety of clients including startups, universities, and Fortune 500 companies in various subjects in the computing sector. He has experience in a variety of technology fields, including electronics, telecommunications, business methods, and computer software.
Prior to Penn State Law’s combining with Penn State Dickinson Law, Mr. Sherman served as an adjunct professor, where he was Director of the Intellectual Property Clinic. Mr. Sherman was also an active member of the Board of Directors of the Penn State Law Alumni Society and an active participant with the Penn State Law student mentoring program.
