Brad Han is a dedicated Patent Attorney with substantial experience in both patent litigation and prosecution. His practice encompasses a wide range of technologies, including mobile devices, 5G, video/audio codecs, healthcare products, and artificial intelligence. Brad has represented clients in patent disputes before U.S. Federal District Courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). He has successfully handled over 1,000 Office Actions and drafted more than 50 patent applications.

Before his legal career, Brad worked as an engineer at LG Electronics, where he managed global patent portfolios and contributed to standard technology forums such as MPEG. His strong technical background allows him to provide strategic counsel on intellectual property issues, including patentability, infringement, licensing, and trade secrets.
