Daniel Garza is a Senior Associate at Devlin Law Firm LLC. Mr. Garza is a computer engineer and registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. Mr. Garza’s previous experience with patent and trademark prosecution, tech transfer, copyright, and licensing review complements his approach to the litigation matters he handles. He has represented a wide range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

After obtaining his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, Garza attended the University of Houston Law Center and obtained his LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Law. Garza’s master’s thesis analyzed Federal Circuit decisions involving software patent eligibility and their impact on litigation.
