Chad Stouffer is an Associate at Devlin Law Firm LLC. Chad has a broad range of intellectual property experience, which includes patent prosecution for Fortune Global 500 companies and patent litigation before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He has experience with numerous technological fields including software, electronic, mechanical, medical, and pharmaceutical technologies. In addition to patent law, Chad’s practice includes trademark prosecution and trade secret litigation. Prior to joining Devlin Law, Chad was an IP Associate with two AmLaw 100 law firms, Ballard Spahr LLP and Cozen O’Connor, P.C.
Chad graduated with a BSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. As a Lead Systems Engineer for Lockheed Martin, Chad led his team in the development of artificial intelligence software for a multi-billion dollar project for the US Department of Defense. He then attended Temple University Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and in the top 5% of his class.
