Steve Luksenberg is Counsel at Devlin Law Firm LLC. He was previously an IP litigation associate at King & Spalding LLP, a global Am Law 100 firm. Mr. Luksenberg's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation in the Federal Courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trials and Appeals Board. He represents clients across a wide range of industries including electronics, telecommunications, LED design and manufacturing, parking lot guidance systems, smart watches, battery charging topologies, circuit electronics, AI systems, optical processing, global position systems, mobile applications, and medical devices. Prior to his legal career, he attended Lehigh University, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Electrical Engineering and was involved in several organizations, including Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Phi Epsilon.
