Srikant Cheruvu is Counsel at Devlin Law Firm. He holds a B.A.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School. In his engineering career, Mr. Cheruvu was involved in designing ASICs for CDMA wireless communications at a large semiconductor company in California. Prior to joining Devlin Law Firm, Mr. Cheruvu's practice included representing technology companies in semiconductor, memory design, and automotive technology patent matters.

Since joining the Devlin Law Firm in 2018, Mr. Cheruvu's practice has focused on representing clients in a variety of technology patent matters, including wireless networking, cellular communications, video coding, and software design. Mr. Cheruvu has experience with all phases of litigation in district court, PTAB, and the ITC, from pre-filing diligence through trial.
