Biography
Craig P. Lytle is Counsel at Devlin Law Firm. He has experience litigating patent infringement and trade secret cases from pleadings through appeal, across a broad range of technologies including pharmaceuticals, fluid transfer, DSL, liquid crystal displays, wireless telecommunications, mobile applications, automotive braking systems, metallurgy, and polymer fibers. Mr. Lytle has litigated cases in federal courts, the ITC, and at the PTAB.
In the pharmaceutical space, Mr. Lytle has defended generic pharmaceutical companies in Paragraph IV ANDA cases involving controlled-release formulations, new chemical entities, and transdermal patches. Mr. Lytle also covered the pharmaceutical industry as a pharmaceutical legal analyst for a financial subscription service.
Before joining Devlin, Mr. Lytle was a member of the IP groups at Goodwin Procter and Crowell & Moring. Before practicing law, Mr. Lytle was a patent examiner at the Patent Office in the art of semiconductor processing and then handled patent prosecution matters as a patent agent.
