Devlin Law Firm has filed a class action on behalf of all consumers who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Mullen securities between May 2022 and the date of filing of the Complaint on March 26, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”). The action was filed in the Central District of California and is Case No. 2:25-cv-2620 Cayden Crume, James LeGrand, and Todd Holton v. Mullen Automotive Inc., David Michery, Jonathan New, and Oleg Firer.
The complaint alleges that defendants MULLEN AUTOMOTIVE INC., DAVID MICHERY, JONATHON NEW, AND OLEG FIRER violated Securities laws by, directly or indirectly, disseminating false statements which they knew or deliberately disregarded were misleading in that they contained misrepresentations and failed to disclose material facts necessary in order to make the statements made, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading. In reaction to Defendants’ allegedly material misrepresentations, Plaintiffs purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Mullen securities at artificially inflated prices during the Class Period. They were damaged upon the revelation of material misrepresentations and omissions and frequent reverse splits of Mullen’s securities.
If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff for the Class, you must file a motion with the Court no later than Wednesday June 11, 2025, which is the first business day on which the District Court for the Central District of California is open that is 60 days after the publication date of April 12, 2025. Any member of the proposed class may move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff through counsel of their choice.
